I’m 700h + yoga teacher, ballet barre beast, meditation coach & nutrition nerd.

in my intensive trainings (e.g. with simon park, patrick beach, biff mithoefer, annie carpenter, gabriela bozic) i had the pleasure to study and enjoy the amazing effects of yoga and meditation.

but above all, the motivating boost of a smile once a while.

yes, correct body alignment is important.

but correct inner alignment and attitude are at least as important. happy when science confirms what body and mind already signal. even happier passing on this knowledge.
